Housed in a 169-ball NFBGA package measuring 12 x 12 mm with a 13-ball x 13-ball array on a 0.8 mm pitch, it operates from a 3.135 V to 5.25 V input across the -40C to +85C automotive temperature range and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
