Design Notes
For accurate current sensing, use Kelvin connections to the shunt resistor to minimize parasitic resistance. Place the shunt close to the INA3221-Q1 input pins and route the sense traces as a differential pair. Keep the traces short and wide to reduce inductance and resistance.
Decouple the VS pin with a 0.1µF ceramic capacitor placed as close as possible to the pin. A 10µF bulk capacitor may be needed if the supply is noisy. Ensure the supply voltage is within 2.7V to 5.5V and stable.
