设计说明
The STPA003OD-4WX can dissipate significant power, especially at high output levels. With a thermal resistance of 1.5°C/W, a proper heatsink is essential. For 4 x 52W output, the total power dissipation can exceed 100W, so use a heatsink with a thermal resistance of less than 1°C/W to keep the junction temperature within limits.
Ensure the exposed metal tab of the Flexiwatt25 package is soldered to a large copper area on the PCB to aid heat dissipation. Place decoupling capacitors close to the supply pins to minimize voltage ripple. Use short, wide traces for high-current output paths to reduce inductance and resistance.
The standby and mute pins are 3.3V and 5V compatible, but RC cells must be used to smooth transitions and prevent audible transient noise. A time constant slower than 2.5V/ms is suggested for the standby pin and 0.5V/ms for the mute pin. Avoid applying voltages above the absolute maximum ratings to prevent damage.
