Design Notes

Estimated: Place a 10 uF tantalum + 0.1 uF ceramic decoupler on each VDD/VSS pair within 5 mm of the package, and a 10 uF + 0.1 uF RC network on AVDD/AVSS with a small ferrite bead to isolate analog from digital noise.
