TNY277GN-TL 概述
TinySwitch-III is a family of energy-efficient, low-power offline switchers that use a simple ON/OFF control scheme, eliminating the need for loop compensation. This simplifies design and reduces component count, lowering system cost. The IC operates at a fixed frequency of 132 kHz with frequency jittering to reduce EMI, and includes a user-selectable current limit to optimize efficiency and power delivery.
Key features include a 700 V power MOSFET, integrated oscillator, high-voltage switched current source for fast startup, current limit selection, and comprehensive protection features such as over-temperature protection, overvoltage protection, and line undervoltage detection. The EN/UV pin senses line undervoltage through an external resistor, and if absent, disables the line undervoltage function. The device also features leading edge blanking to prevent false triggering.
